What flowers should I get for the cast of girls in the musical production that I’m in?

I am the lead in my community theater’s production of “Oklahoma!” and I would like to get all of the girls in the cast a flower. I need flowers for 13 chorus girls and then I’d like to get something a little nicer like a small boquet for 4 of the girls with bigger parts. Single red roses are rather expensive..5 dollars from what I’ve found. I’m having trouble shopping for single flowers online and finding out my options and the pricing. I’d like to get them something special and unique, but I am on a bit of a budget and there are a lot of girls. Also ideas for the boquets that wouldn’t be too pricey. Should I get something for the director, costume ladies, and musical director as well? I was thinking maybe just cards for them, and we do give a group gift. Any ideas are appreciated.

My veggie plants are not blooming. What can I do to promote flowers?

I think I gave my plants too much nitrogen and now they are huge but have no flowers. My squash and cucumbers have no flowers and my beans have had buds for over a week now that won’t open. Is there anything that I can give them to promote budding/flowering or to diminish the nitrogen level? I gave them a fish emulsion foliage spray.

I need to know what type of flowers to plant in window boxes. I have 5 window boxes under the house eaves that don’t get natural rain water. I am a bad waterer so I need something that can go several days without water. I have tried wildflowers, petunias, dwarf sunflowers, and marigolds. No luck with those. I is mostly sun in NC. Any ideas?
I do water but only about twice a week a minimum. I try to water daily but sometimes forget. Needs something that can go without water for a few days without killing it.

It gets sunlight in the late afternoon, like 4 or 5. I don’t care if its annual or perennials, but I would prefer something easy! I live in IL. I was thinking about just putting a bunch of wild flowers seeds down but I didn’t know if they would grow there. Any suggestions?

I am growing mint and basil on my window sill and they have grown white flowers at the tips. Is this a problem? Will it effect the quality of the herbs? Should I cut them off or can I just continue harvesting the herbs as usual.
